Why I create this course
As women, our needs are different. So it's essential to understand how to take care of ourselves according to our needs, our cycles, our mental well-being, and to understand that a healthy microbiota can be the answer to many mental and physical problems.
This simple, straight-to-the-point course is designed to help you understand yourself better and, above all, to give you concrete explanations and examples you can put into practice in your daily life.
I've suffered enormously from fibromyalgia, a complicated pregnancy and a c-section complications. If I've been able to improve my health, get out of depression, take care of my son full-time while working, and feel like conquering the world, it's because I've made the choice to align my actions with my body's true needs. By listening to my being, I've been able to give it everything it needs, and today I'm physically and emotionally aligned with the woman I deserve to be.
